In Memory of Second-Class Parents

In Memory of Second-Class Parents

« A child needs both parents »

by Julien Dura, President of MPEJ

The evolution of the family model over several decades has resulted in more and more children experiencing their parents' separation. Children who suffer, especially when parents are in conflict. The instrumentalization of children in all its forms is a societal problem that unfortunately finds no solution in the justice system.

A poignant testimony and a plea for parental equality and child protection in Switzerland.
